  1. Determine from informant vital information and description of emergency.
 
  1. Notify other team members.
 
  1. Dean of Co-Curricular Life will notify families of students.*
 
  1. Director of International Studies maintains contact with sponsoring faculty member or program representatives abroad and campus administrators including on campus health-care professionals & university counsel to insure student receives appropriate care abroad or med-evac/repatriation of remains if necessary.
 
  1. Executive Director of Marketing & Communications handles all media inquiries.
