The purpose of this manual is to provide the campus community of Sweet Briar College with a comprehensive set of procedures to be followed to ensure the safety and security of its members. While no policy manual can be all inclusive, this document categorizes major unusual occurrences on campus and sets forth a standardized set of procedures for dealing effectively with such conditions. In addition, general safety precautions for every day activities are included.
